Spice Madam is teaming up with Dallas Supper Club on May 17th, 2016 to bring you a truly unique evening exploring the flavors & stories of Nikkei cuisine with Chef Nick Harrison of TJ’s Seafood Market & Grill!
Nikkei cuisine is a beautiful fusion of flavors & cooking techniques from Peru and Japan, born out of the immigration of Japanese sugarcane farmers to Peru more than 100 years ago. This cuisine evolved out of the blending of these fish-centric food cultures and have recently gained more popularity across Europe, under the passionate hands of chefs like Nobu Matsuhisa and Ferran & Albert Adria.
